Karl Parks offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks the full app. Here's exactly how billing, the free trial, renewal, cancellation, and refunds work — in plain English.

The price shown at checkout is authoritative and reflects your local currency and any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our payment provider.

What Premium unlocks

• Full 168-hour time scrubber — see typical parking conditions for any hour of any day of the week, not just right now.
• Weekly playback — animate parking pressure across the whole week.
• Unlimited saved blocks with availability alert thresholds.
• Ad-free experience across the entire app.
• Priority support via [email protected].

Premium expands access to Karl Parks' historical, typical parking pressure predictions. It does not reserve parking, promise an open space, or handle meter payment.

Payment processor (Merchant of Record)

On the web, your order and subscription are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, calculates and remits any applicable taxes, sends your receipt, and appears on your statement. We never see or store your card details. If you subscribed inside the iOS app instead, billing is handled by Apple — see the note at the bottom.

7-day free trial

New Premium subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can use every Premium feature during the trial.

• You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. If you don't cancel, your selected plan begins billing automatically when the trial ends.
• The trial is offered once per customer. If you've previously trialed or subscribed to Karl Parks Premium, you may not be eligible for another free trial.

Auto-renewal & billing

• Payment is charged at the confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if applicable.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price of your selected plan, until you cancel.
• We'll email you a receipt for every charge through Paddle.

How to manage or cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time — there's no cancellation fee and no lock-in.

• Use the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt email to update your payment method or cancel, or
• email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancelling during a free trial ends the trial and you will not be charged.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with Premium, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged, so no refund is needed.

Changes to pricing or plans

If we change the price of a Premium plan, we'll notify you before your next renewal. Your existing subscription continues at its current price until the next renewal after the change takes effect.

Linked agreements

Use of Karl Parks Premium is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing you agree to all three.

If you subscribed through the iOS app

Subscriptions purchased inside the Karl Parks iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID, renew and are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings, and follow Apple's refund policy. Manage them under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
