These terms govern your use of Karl Parks. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

Karl Parks is owned and operated by Berkin Sili ("we", "us", or "the Company"), an independent developer. You can reach us at [email protected].
What Karl Parks is
Karl Parks is a web and iOS app that predicts typical parking pressure on San Francisco metered blocks based on historical meter data. It is provided for informational purposes only.
What Karl Parks isn't
- It is not a real-time parking availability service.
- It does not reserve a space or promise one will be open.
- It does not handle meter payment.
- It does not replace street signs, posted regulations, or parking enforcement notices.
Disclaimer
Karl Parks shows estimated, historical parking patterns. Actual conditions may differ due to events, construction, weather, or any number of factors we can't predict. You are responsible for following all local parking laws, posted signs, and meter regulations. We are not liable for parking tickets, towing, lost time, or any damages arising from use of the app.
Subscriptions
Karl Parks Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. On the web, payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record; in the iOS app, billing is handled by Apple. Full pricing, free-trial terms, auto-renewal mechanics, cancellation, and our refund policy are documented on our Subscription Terms page. By subscribing you agree to those terms in addition to these.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. Don't use Karl Parks to harass, defraud, or harm anyone. Don't share your account with others.
Intellectual property
The Karl Parks app, brand, and content are owned by us. Underlying parking data is sourced from DataSF Open Data and used in compliance with their license.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Karl Parks is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update the effective date and notify active users.
